While not a surprise, today’s Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade is nothing short of a public health catastrophe. The decision ignores legal precedent, sound science, and the idea that a woman should make her own health care decisions. The Court’s actions will only serve to hurt the most disadvantaged Americans.
