I am a Public Health Advocate because I believe the most sustainable solutions to complex issues are more likely when the people most affected have a seat at the decision-making table. Research trained me to ask good questions and synthesize diverse perspectives and information to uncover unexpected answers. As Executive Director, I apply that same approach to building organizational infrastructure that lets our team and community partners do their best work together, rooted in the knowledge and leadership of the people most impacted by inequity.
